Checkout, receipts and reviews stay on Etsy. Your download is ready right after you pay.
Open the PDF, click a theme's link, then Make a copy. It's yours in your own Google Drive. Prefer Excel? The Excel files are in the download too.
Enter your numbers once. Dashboards, charts and totals work themselves out.
How do I get my Google Sheets copy?
After you buy, download the PDF from Etsy (Purchases and reviews → Download files). Open it and click the link for the theme you like. Google asks Make a copy?: click it, and the template is saved in your own Google Drive. You need a free Google account.
The link says I need access, or nothing happens.
Make sure you're signed in to Google, then click the link again. On a phone, open the link in a browser (not the PDF viewer) or open the PDF on a computer. Never click Request access: the copy button is the one you want. Still stuck? Email us and we'll send you a fresh copy.
Do I need Excel?
No. Google Sheets is free and everything works there. If you prefer Excel, the Excel files are in the download zip; they need Excel 365 (Windows or Mac).
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes, in the free Google Sheets app. Setup is easier on a computer the first time; after that, adding numbers on your phone works fine.
Which currency does it use?
Any. The money templates have a currency setting on the Setup tab; every page follows it.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and the copy is yours to keep.
Can I share it?
It's for your own use (your household or your own business). Please don't resell or share the copy links.
